Vendor Booth

Please read all of this information carefully before completing your booking and if you decide to book, please retain this information for future reference.

Pitch Rental Information

Date: 31st October - 1st November 2026 (10am to 5pm)

Address: Teesside University Students Union, Campus Heart, Middlesbrough, TS1 3BA

Venue Details

Loading - 1st and 2nd Floor of the building.  Lift access available.

Parking - Limited free parking available on site including underground car park and overground.  Street parking available.  Charges may apply.

Vendor Pitch Size - 6-foot x 2-foot (approximately)

Vendor Pitches

All vendor pitches are approximately 6 x 2 feet in size.  A table is provided free of charge with your pitch rental.  If you do not require a table please contact us by email after completing your booking.  

Please take note as once vendor pitches are booked no refunds will be given. Vendor pitches are not to be shared with other vendors without prior permission from Inked Events. Vendor pitches are not transferable to other events or other vendors and are not to be sublet.

Insurance

All Vendors must have public liability insurance. Vendors are not covered by either Inked Events’ or the venue’s insurance.

Electrical Equipment

All electrical equipment must be PAT tested and you must have your PAT certificate and data sheet with you at the event.

Other Information

We allow entry for 2 members of staff at the event for every front tabooked  - additional staff are charged event entry price and can be added to your booking.

If you do decide to book you agree to abide by all of the conditions set out in this Vendor Pitch Rental Information, failure to abide by this may jeopardise future bookings with Inked Events. If you have any issues regarding your booking, please contact us via email. Any trader opening a PayPal case against Inked Events will result in an immediate ban from booking pitches at Inked Events. 

Full set-up information will be sent out at least 1 week before the event.  If you have not received your set-up information 7 days before the event, then please contact us via email. We will be unable to provide this information any later than 3 days before the event.
